MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! BY JULIE DAHLBERG, O.W.A. Phone: (210) 527-7400 Email: julie@juliedahlberg.com

Working to improve our communication certainly benefits all relationships we have – general and public, spouses, children, church family, work and community. The primary focus of this book is on our church family relationships and our daily walk with our peers, and will offer encouragement, pitfalls, effects and a toolkit to help us first remember our commandment to love others.
This book will help us identify why we seem to have trouble communicating, discovering whether you are bold or meek (or both), how to take action and speak up when necessary and make sure your boxes are checked before you do. We explore the pitfalls that contribute to unhealthy communication, such as gossip, chronic offense-seeking, pettiness, inability to have direct and honest conversations and how to combat poor communication habits in ourselves and others.

I am a nonprofit and communications professional working to help leaders and small business owners with their back-end admin, policy & program development, compliance, processes and teambuilding, as well as public-facing needs such as websites, messaging and outreach, so that they can be free to focus on their areas of genius, and get their Mission Accomplished!
I have mainly specialized in nonprofit organizational development, fundraising, grant writing and engagement, having been in the nonprofit sector for most of my career, directing efforts in resource development, strategic planning, program development and public relations.
